To become a Candle Cottage wholesale customer requires:

 

(1) Completing the Wholesale Dealer Application below which gives us information we need about your company for us to fulfill your order and also to help us market your company as a vendor of Candle Cottage products in our online and offline marketing efforts, customer dealer location inquiries, etc. Included in this information is your Tax ID number showing that you are a business and are purchasing product for resale. You must have a physical brick & mortar store location. Not online only.

 

(2) The minimum first order amount is $150.00 prior to shipping charges. The minimum re-order is $150.00.
